Repair damaged shingles, flashing and roof details when the surrounding roof supports a lasting connection.

Free inspections. Clear repair and replacement options.
A roof problem can start with one loose shingle, a leak indoors or a roof you no longer trust. We help you understand the work it needs, from a lasting repair to a complete replacement.
You don’t need to know which roof service to ask for. Tell us what changed, and we can start with the roof itself. A free inspection puts a roofer on the roof to look at the covering, flashing and the places where different parts meet.
The useful answer is the work your roof needs. A sound roof is worth keeping. A failed vent boot calls for a different repair than a slope with deteriorated shingles and damaged wood underneath. We explain those differences so the next decision has something solid behind it.

Start with the problem you want to solve. Residential and commercial roofs have different materials and details, and both deserve a clear explanation of the work.

Plan repair, restoration or replacement around the roof system and the building in use.
Explore this serviceThe size of the mark on a ceiling does not tell us the size of the roof repair. We look at the failed detail and the roof around it.
A split vent collar, damaged shingle or loose flashing can have a limited repair when the adjoining materials are workable and the connections beneath them are sound. The repair has to shed water into the roof around it, not simply cover the visible spot.
Water-damaged decking, a poorly connected earlier repair or shingles that break as they are lifted can widen the work. That does not automatically mean replacing the whole roof. It means establishing a sound place for the repair to end.
When deterioration extends across the covering or repeated repairs keep expanding, a replacement deserves a place beside the repair option. Removing the old covering also allows unsuitable wood and flashing connections to be addressed before they are hidden again.
A roof covering has to fit the roof before it fits a color scheme. Architectural asphalt shingles use a layered profile; an impact rating describes how a particular shingle performed under a defined test. One product can have both features. A test rating does not make the installed roof immune to hail.
Metal is a different system choice. Standing seam uses raised joints and concealed attachment, while exposed-fastener panels have visible screws and sealing washers that need their own maintenance attention. Panel profile, roof slope, deck, underlayment and thermal movement all affect the details.
The choice belongs with the rest of the work: sound support, compatible flashing, ventilation and how future repairs connect to the covering. A new-looking surface cannot correct a failed joint or soft deck beneath it.

For an Oklahoma / Oklahoma City metro architectural-shingle example, 2,000 square feet of actual roof surface gives a planning range of $9,000 to $15,000. That example assumes one existing layer, normal access, moderate complexity and usable decking.
| Budget question | What changes the work |
|---|---|
| How much roof is there? | Roof surface includes the slopes over garages, porches and overhangs. It is different from the home’s interior floor area. |
| What comes off? | Additional roofing layers and damaged wood add removal, disposal or replacement work. |
| What goes back? | The selected material, roof geometry, flashing and ventilation details affect the installed scope. |

The next step after wind or hail is a condition check, followed by work that restores the roof’s water-shedding connections. Weather history supplies context; it does not inspect the property.
Wind can unseal, crease or remove shingles and expose roof edges. Hail can affect the covering and connected vents or flashing. A free roof walk, when safe access allows, checks the actual material and the roof around it rather than treating every mark as the same failure.
If water is coming in, call and say so. Stay off the roof and away from wet electrical equipment or sagging ceilings. Temporary protection can reduce exposure under suitable access and weather conditions while permanent work is assessed.
A permanent repair must reach sound adjoining material and support. Wider damage, brittle shingles or damaged decking can expand the scope. The roof findings establish the work to discuss; policy terms and insurer review establish any claim payment.
The inspection is free. Share the location and the roof concern you already have, and let the roofer carry the roof investigation.
A leak over a room, shingles in the yard or a change after a storm is enough to begin. Say water is coming in if the opening is active. Stay off the roof and away from unstable ceilings or electrical hazards.
Walking the roof, when conditions allow safe access, lets a roofer examine covering, flashings, edges and penetrations together. The visible condition helps determine what needs attention and what remains sound.
A local repair, wider connected work and replacement have different scope. We explain the material and roof conditions behind the recommendation so you understand the reason for the work.
A leak above a sales floor or occupied office brings a different set of questions: which roof system is in place, where water is entering and how the work affects the people below. We examine the membrane or covering along with its edges, curbs, penetrations and drainage.
Repair, coating and replacement are separate choices. A coating needs a suitable, prepared roof beneath it. Wet insulation, a damaged deck or failed attachment changes the work, even if the surface can be made to look new.

Often, a damaged detail can be repaired when the surrounding shingles, deck and flashing support a lasting repair. Wider deterioration or unsuitable earlier work can change that answer.
Yes. The free inspection includes a roofer walking the roof when conditions allow safe access. Tell us what you have noticed; you do not need to diagnose it first.
No. The condition and extent of damage determine the roofing scope. A weather report alone does not establish damage at a property or insurance coverage.
It is a regional planning example with stated materials, roof size and assumptions. The measured roof and actual work determine the project price.
Tell us what is happening with the roof. A free roof inspection is a useful place to start when you need to decide between repair and replacement.
